A Flack Jacket cover for Colorado Parks and Wildlife came in with worn-out buckles. The cover protects the RZR's window when it's being hauled, and the original buckles had worn to the point they wouldn't hold tight anymore. Replaced them with a fresh set to keep the cover secure during transport.
Pulled the worn buckles off and checked the webbing they were sewn to for wear before installing new hardware. Sewed the new buckles into the existing webbing straps at the same mounting points so the cover fits and cinches down exactly like it did originally.
Matching buckle size and webbing width to the original setup was important since this cover has to hold tight against wind at highway speeds while hauling. Nothing fancy, but the stitching had to be solid.
