Customer's boat bikini top had two halves that wouldn't zip together properly. Replaced both zippers so the two sections line up and zip together clean and tight again.
Pulled both old zippers to check why the halves weren't meeting up correctly, then matched new zippers sized to fit so the two sides would align edge to edge. Sewed each side in on the walking foot machine, checking fit against the other half throughout to make sure they zipped together smooth without gapping or bunching.
Getting both halves to line up and zip together evenly meant the new zippers had to be installed at matching points on each side, with no room for the seams to drift off during sewing.
