ATV Seats Upholstery

Two ATV seats with torn, weather-cracked covers brought back to like-new condition. Old covers stripped, new marine-grade vinyl cut and fitted to the existing foam, stretched tight and stapled for a clean, durable finish. Ready for another decade of hard use on the trail.

§ How I Approached It

How I approached it

ATV seats take a beating from sun, weather, and getting thrown around on the trail, so the cover is usually the first thing to go while the foam underneath is still solid. Rather than replace the whole seat, I stripped the old torn covers, cut new marine-grade vinyl to fit each seat's contour, and stretched and stapled it tight so there's no bunching or loose spots. Marine vinyl handles UV and moisture, so these will hold up season after season.
